Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 – MyCashBridge – Lending Service Provider (LSP)

You are in control of the personal data you share with us. As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights – and we make them simple to exercise.

RBI compliance disclosure

MyCashBridge is a Lending Service Provider (LSP) and not a lender. Loans are originated, approved and disbursed solely by RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs.

Submission of information does not guarantee loan approval. Loan amount, interest rates, tenure, charges and approval are determined solely by partner lenders.

Right to access data

Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been processed and shared.

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete details, or updating of outdated information.

Ask us to delete your personal data when it is no longer required, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations.

Withdraw consent for processing or communication at any time. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect prior lawful processing.
