Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Last updated: June 2026 – MyCashBridge – Lending Service Provider (LSP)

This policy explains how long we keep your data and how you can ask us to delete it.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected and as required by law, regulation, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and contractual obligations with partner lenders.

Retention periods

  • Approved applications: stored securely for up to 3 years, or longer where required under applicable laws, regulatory obligations and partner agreements.
  • Rejected, incomplete or abandoned applications: stored for approximately 60–90 days and securely deleted thereafter, unless retention is necessary for legal obligations or fraud prevention.

Deletion requests

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer at grievance@mycashbridge.com or via the Your Rights page. Requests are processed subject to applicable laws, compliance obligations and partner-institution requirements. Certain information may continue to be retained where legally required.

Secure disposal

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer identify you.

RBI compliance disclosure

MyCashBridge is a Lending Service Provider (LSP) and not a lender. Retention of application data may also be governed by the requirements of the RBI-regulated bank or NBFC that processes your loan.
