This policy explains how long we keep your data and how you can ask us to delete it.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected and as required by law, regulation, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and contractual obligations with partner lenders.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer at grievance@mycashbridge.com or via the Your Rights page. Requests are processed subject to applicable laws, compliance obligations and partner-institution requirements. Certain information may continue to be retained where legally required.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer identify you.
MyCashBridge is a Lending Service Provider (LSP) and not a lender. Retention of application data may also be governed by the requirements of the RBI-regulated bank or NBFC that processes your loan.
